  • 7 ventilation systems in 59 and 72 additions with deteriorating coils, drip trays and numerous deficiencies noted from 2000 report
  • Five pumps require replacement
  • Interior fancoil heating/cooling units are over 30 years old, manually controlled, and failing
  • Old motor control centres with obsolete components

Renewal Measures

Lighting Retrofit - install new fluorescent fixtures or retrofit old fixtures as required. Install new
suspended ceiling in some areas. Occupancy sensors switches for offices.

New Windows - replace windows with double glazing, operable units.

New Pumps - replace 5 pumps with new c/w variable speed operation

New MCC - replace 2 motor control centres with new.

  • Meet current building standards

New AHUs - Replace AHU 1 to 6 with new units. Refurbish system SF7. Rebalance system and new digital controls.

Weather-stripping - install new weather-stripping to exterior doors.

New Toilets - install new low flush toilets with auto-flush valves.
